Here are all the entries of our Craft Group Challenge #1
Make 4 cards then send them to someone!
(MARCH 2020)
Thanks for sharing your creativity ladies!
(There may or may not be prizes for those participating in the challenges 🤣)

Entry #1 - Annalee
4 Cards by Annalee - Sydney

Entry #2 - Wil
4 Cards by Wil I from Sutherland
Awww, my sweet Mum made these 4 cards. She is another lady who has blessed many many people with her home made and sent cards. Thanks for making cards for the challenge Mum!

Entry #3 - Marion
Marion from Barden Ridge

These 4 lovely cards are by Marion - Barden Ridge.
Marion and her husband have just been in isolation at home for 2 weeks after returning from their holiday in NZ. So these are Quarantine Cards! Beautiful Marion!

Entry #4 - Jan
Jan from Menai
Jan sent in this photo of her cards. She apologised for the quality of the photo but she doesn't have to apologise for the pretty cards! Jan has sent so many cards over the years to bless people in both happy and sad times. (especially as part of her 4WD club).
Thanks for being in the Challenge Jan!

Entry #5 - Bev
Bev G from Barden Ridge
These 4 beauties are by Bev G. I love the variety and her creative mind!
It is so nice to send cards at the moment saying "Thinking of You" or sending hugs!
Blow a dandelion hug over the Wonnie valley for me Bev!

Entry #6 - Harriet
Harriet from Bonnet Bay

Harriet makes gorgeous cards... as well as gorgeous cross stitches!
Harriet! You are amazing in the way you encourage people with the cards you make and send! Thanks for being part of the challenge!

I must tell you all... last week was my Dad's 92nd birthday. With Covid-19 all around, only myself and my daughter visited him. We came scrubbed, covered, gloves on and gave no hugs!
We brought some shopping for him and Mum and had fun chatting and interpreting some phone calls to dad (He is deaf). But alas... no other visitors were allowed.
Then, creative, thoughtful and musical Harriet and her husband, Ross went to my parents front yard and sang "Happy Birthday" to Dad through the window. He would not have been able to hear it but would have seen the gusto of the singers and would have been able to hear every note in his mind.
Thanks Harriet. You are so thoughtful!

Thanks Lorraine :)

This beautiful picture was sent to me from Lorraine from Menai.
She said she can't make cards at the moment because she is with her mum who is not well.
She shared this and I thought it was a lovely saying
so I thought I'd add it here in lieu of cards from Lorraine.

Entry #7 - Lyn
Lyn D from Barden Ridge
Lyn and her husband have come back from a memorable holiday on a Cruise ship.
(Eek!)
I was so pleased to hear when she returned back home!
She made it just in time to be allowed to go to her own house and self isolate for 2 weeks.
Thankfully Lyn and Jack are both well.  :)
A while ago Jack made a craft studio outside for Lyn.
I'm sure it helped to pass the time when she had to stay home!
So I guess these beautiful cards are really 'Quarantine Cards".
Thanks Lyn ... and welcome home!

Entry #8 - Pat

4 cards by Pat L from Heathcote
Pat is another one of our lovely ladies who blesses people by sending cards.
Phone calls are great but at times when you are stressed or grieving or busy, receiving a card is so special. You know there was genuine, loving effort put into the sentiment when you receive a card. You can read it over and over to be encouraged and you don't have to feel compelled to know what to say in return.
Thanks for the lovely cards Pat!!

Entry #9 - Fiona
Fiona from Menai
Fiona came across this fun mini booklet idea you can make from one sheet of paper!
This is her flat version of a booklet/card which she sent out at Easter.

Instructions from Lauren Stringer

The idea is everywhere online if you search for instructions.
But these instructions HERE which were sent to me by Fiona are really clear.
There are also guidelines for children (or yourself!) to write a little book.
What a great keepsake that would be for the future. "A Day in my life amidst Covid-19!"

Entry #10 - Kay
Kay From Woronora Heights
Kay, you are so so artistic! Kay thought she'd experiment with water colour to make her 4 cards for our challenge. They are all beautiful!
4 special people will be really encouraged to receive one of these.
Thanks Kay!

Entry #11 - Rita
Rita from Engadine
Rita - what a lovely surprise to have you join our challenge!
And as always, you make such pretty cards :)
Thanks Rita.
We miss Rita who has not been able to come to The Craft Group lately
but it's nice to see she is still being creative!

Thanks Pauline :)
Pauline from Loftus
Pauline did a fun project whilst her grandson did online schoolwork.
I'm sure Eddie would have preferred to make dinosaurs too!
Or maybe this dinosaur was threatening him if he got distracted on the screen!
Nice job Pauline and keep up the good school work Eddie!

Entry #12 - Pam B
Pam B from Panania
Pam, these are stunning!
I love it that your cards are so vibrant and that each one so unique.
I'm sure these cards will be a bright part of the day for the 4 people who will receive them.
Thanks Pam!

IF YOU SENT ME SOME CARDS FOR OUR CHALLENGE AND YOU DO NOT SEE THEM ABOVE, PLEASE TELL ME!
